SBW is the result of over 20 years experience gained by Anthony McMahon within the marine industry. Starting as bosun of Hayling Island Sailing Club Anthony built up a strong foundation of skills required to maintain & repair a wide variety of vessels using a range of materials & techniques

During this time Anthony graduated from Solent City College with a distinction in Boat maintenance & production adding the theory to practical skills already gained.

Meet Adam...

Adam Jankowski is our workshop manager & all round super star employee of the month, every month...

Adam has been sailing since he could walk & loves nothing more than the challenge presented by a broken boat... He also greatly enjoys traveling back to his hometown sailing club for some fun afloat with his family and friends.

Adam joined SBW as an apprentice boat builder and has developed his skills to become exceptionally talented in all repair techniques, plus he is a fantastic welder...
